The printing press has two double-size cylinders and a single-size blanket cylinder. The cylinder configuration is such that a double-size plate cylinder (2), on which there are arranged a plate (3) in the correct position for reading and a plate (4) in the inverted position, operates on a double-size blanket cylinder (7). From the latter, the printing image is transferred onto a back pressure blanket cylinder (6). This takes place during every second revolution, during which no printing sheet from the delivery table (11) is provided for printing. During the printing operation, the printing sheet, which may consist of rough printing paper, is printed on both sides by the blanket cylinders (6, 7) in one operation. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckmaschine zum beidseitigen Bedrucken von Bögen mit zwei doppelt großen Zylindern und einem Gummizylinder mit einem einfachen Durchmesser. Eine Zylinder-Konfiguration ist so gewählt, daß ein doppelt großer Plattenzylinder (2), auf dem eine leserichtige (3) und eine leseverkehrte Platte (4) angeordnet sind, auf einen doppelt großen Gummizylinder (7) arbeitet. Von diesem wird das Druckblid auf einen Gegendruck Gummizylinder (6) übertragen. Dies erfolgt bei jeder zweiten Umdrehung, bei der kein Druckbogen vom Anlegetisch (11) zum Drucken bereitgestellt wird. Während des Druckvorganges wird der Druckbogen, der auch aus rauhem Druckpapier bestehen kann, beidseitig von den Gummizylindern (6, 7) in einem Arbeitsgang bedruckt.
