[origin: WO8400484A1] Grinders of condiments initially required the use of two hands. The need existed for a design whereby a person cooking may retain the use of one hand for performing other chores. The invention provides a hollow container (2) of hand size with compressible sections (3) driving a ratchet and internal grinding mechanism (21) permitting one-hand operation to grind or crush selected condiments such as pepper and salt.

L'actionnement d'un moulin à assaisonnements ne pouvait se faire jusqu'à présent qu'à l'aide des deux mains. Il était donc utile de trouver une solution permettant à une personne en train de faire la cuisine d'avoir une main libre pour effectuer d'autres tâches. L'invention concerne un conteneur creux (2) de la taille d'une main et ayant des sections compressibles (3) entraînant un mécanisme à encliquetage et de moulage interne (21) permettant un fonctionnement avec une seule main pour moudre ou broyer des assaisonnements choisis tels que du poivre et du sel.
