[origin: US4609488A] A process for regenerating and recycling aqueous alkaline or neutral degreasing and cleaning solutions contaminated with emulsified oils by adding thereto cationic surfactants or cationically modified polymers or a combination of cationic surfactants and cationically modified polymers to break the emulsions. The contaminants which precipitate are mechanically separated off and the cleaning solution is thereby regenerated without loss of cleaning efficacy.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Regenerierung bzw. zum Recycling von wässrigen alkalischen bzw. neutralen Entfettungs- und Reinigungslösungen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man den Lösungen kationische Tenside oder kationisch modifizierte Polymere oder eine Kombination aus Kationtensiden und kationisch modifiziertem Polymeren zusetzt, die eine nSpaltung der im Wasser vorliegenden Emulsionen bewirken. Die so abgeschiedenen Verunreinigungen werden mechanisch abgetrennt und die Reinigungslösung so ohne Verlust ihrer Reinigungswirkung regeneriert.
