[origin: EP0116697A2] A setting arm 5 is articulated at one end on the frame and at its casement end 6 is mounted shiftably in the region of a long hole 7 on a scissor housing 8 or on another part fixed to the upper horizontal spar of the casement. A driving rod 16 can be mounted displaceably in the scissor housing 8. The scissor housing is fixed by means of a screw 13 in an anchoring groove of the upper frame spar. The setting arm 5 is assigned an additional arm 9 which is connected in an articulated manner to the setting arm 5 by means of a bolt 10 and in an articulated manner to the scissor housing 8 by means of a bolt 11. The additional arm has a bracket 17 which extends beyond the casement articulation point and on the under side of which is a thrust piece 18 interacting, in the turning position of the casement, with the upper limiting face of the scissor housing 8. The thrust piece can be made of plastic and be equipped with an anchoring pin 19 engaging into a bore of the bracket 17. <IMAGE>
