[origin: ES8501015A1] The invention provides a process for simplified spinning of yarns on polyethylene terephthalate, at high speed and with direct take-up on the winder. After leaving the spinning die, the filaments are cooled by a gaseous fluid, simultaneously brought together and oiled at a convergence point situated at a distance L1 from the die such that Lo</=L1</=(Lo+30)cm, the value of Lo corresponding to the first point at which the derivative of the curve expressing the birefringence of the filaments as a function of the distance (in cm) from the die passes through a maximum, and wound at a speed greater than 4,500 m/min, preferably equal to or greater than 5,000 m/min, the maximum distance between the die and the point of deposition of the yarn on the bobbin being between 100 and 200 cm. The yarns obtained may be used as such or may be textured.

Procédé de filage simplifié de fils à base de polytéréphtalate d'éthylène, à grande vitesse et avec appel direct sur le bobinoir. Après leur sortie de la filière (2), les filaments (3) sont refroidis au moyen d'un fluide gazeux, simultanément regroupés et ensimés en un point de convergence (5) situé à une distance I1 de la filière telle que I0 <=I1 <=I0 + 30 cm, la valeur de I0 correspondant au ler point pour lequel la dérivée de la courbe représentant la biréfringence des filaments en fonction de la distance (en cm) passe par un maximum, et renvidés à une vitesse égale ou supérieure à 4 5000 m/min, de préférence égale ou supérieure à 5 000 m/min, la distance maximale entre la filière et le point de dépôt du fil sur la bobine étant comprise entre 100 et 200 cm. Les fils obtenus sont utilisables tels quels ou peuvent être texturés.
