[origin: EP0117329A2] A filling device for cartons C comprises a row of vertical ducts arranged along a path of the cartons C. Each duct includes, progressing downwardly, an upper bellows (30), a ducting section (32) incorporating an inlet valve (33), a lower bellows (35), and a fixed nozzle (37) incorporating an outlet valve (43). The section (32) is vertically reciprocated by a ram (42). The nozzle (37) comprises a tubular housing (38) containing a valve member (43) comprising a closure part (44) co-operating with a valve seat (50) at the lower extremity of the housing (38), a stem (45), and a driving part (46) of inverted cup shape fixedly received with clearance (56) on the stem (45) and movably received with clearance (54) in the housing (38).
