Panneaux préfabriqués pour la construction de bâtiments du type comprenant deux plaques (1, 2) rectangulaires séparées par des cales (3) allongées en polystyrène expansé disposées parallèlement entre elles et sensiblement perpendiculairement aux bords longitudinaux desdites plaques (1, 2), caractérisés en ce que les cales (3) ont une longueur inférieure à la largeur des plaques (1, 2) de manière à ménager entre chacune de leurs extrémités et les bords longitudinaux correspondants des plaques (1, 2) un espace libre.
