La présente invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'un panneau préfabriqué avec un soubassement, ainsi qu'un procédé de construction de murs ou cloisons mettant en oeuvre ce procédé et la construction obtenue. On aménage dans le chant inférieur d'un panneau plat (1) au moins une rainure en queue d'aronde (45) dont au moins l'un des flancs est interrompu par une encoche (56) permettant d'engager la rainure en queue d'aronde sur un plot complémentaire (68) solidaire du soubassement (3) par application au panneau (1), dressé parallèlement au plan (79) du mur ou de la cloison à réaliser, successivement d'un mouvement transversal (80) et d'un mouvement longitudinal (82) sur une faible course; l'immobilisation à l'encontre d'une course inverse est avantageusement assurée par des panneaux d'angles que l'on fixe sur le soubassement en juxtaposant leurs chants latéraux à ceux des panneaux plats. Application à la réalisation de constructions préfabriquées.
