1. A method of detecting operative failures in a X-ray generator, in which the desired state of operative data is compared with their measured actual state and, in the event of impermissible deviations, a value characterizing the nature of the failure is fed to a display device which in normal operation displays the preset data of the X-ray generator, characterized in that in the event of a failure the desired state and the malfunctioning actual state are additionally displayed.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Anzeige von Störungen bei einem Generator und auf einen Röntgengenerator, der dieses Verfahren benutzt. Im Störungsfall werden neben einen die Art der Störung kennzeichnenden Wert zusätzlich der Soll- und Istzustand der jeweils gestörten Betriebsgröße angezeigt, wodurch die Eingrenzung der Ursache der Störung wesentlich erleichtert wird.
