[origin: US4513275A] A miniaturized plug-in cutout/switch is controlled by a push-button (1) and comprises a connection and disconnection mechanism using a captive ball (4d) circulating in a track cage (4a), having two positions selected by successive applications of pressure to the push-button (1) corresponding to the switch connected and switch disconnected states. The cutout/switch includes an independent locking mechanism for a movable contacts (11) which is operated by a bimetallic strip (8) which triggers the opening of the contacts when a current overload occurs in the protected circuit. The simple design of the apparatus permits a miniaturized construction which is particularly advantageous for its use on panels where small dimensions and the rationalization of its shapes make it suitable, for example on aircraft panels.

L'invention concerne un disjoncteur-interrupteur miniaturisé enfichable commandé par un bouton-poussoir (1). Il est constitué essentiellement d'un mécanisme d'enclenchement et de déclenchement par bille prisonnière (4d) circulant dans une cage de roulement (4a) ayant deux positions sélectionnées par des pressions successives sur le bouton-poussoir (1) correspondant à l'état interrupteur enclenché-interrupteur déclenché, et d'un mécanisme indépendant de verrouillage des contacts mobiles (11) actioneé par un bilame (8), qui déclenche l'ouverture des contacts lorsqu'une surcharge d'intensité se produit dans le circuit protégé. La conception simple de l'appareil permet une réalisation miniaturisée particulièrement avantageuse pour son utilisation sur tableaux où de faibles dimensions et la rationnalisation de ses formes le prédisposent, par exemple tableaux d'avions.
