Abstract (en)
The device possesses an oil container with ribs in a housing (1), in which an impeller wheel (3) rotates as a stabiliser for the speed of rotation of the cable winch (2). Arranged between the impeller wheel (3) and the cable winch (2), in addition to a train of gears (40,82,74,79,7), is a free-wheel (4) which uncouples the braking device (1,3) from the cable winch (2) in a predetermined direction of rotation of the latter. The cable winch (2) can be turned in one direction of rotation via a handwheel (17) in order to wind up the unwound cable (30). In the opposite direction of rotation, the handwheel (17) is uncoupled by a free-wheel (64) from the cable winch (2). <IMAGE>

Das Gerät weist in einem Gehäuse (1) einen Oelbehälter mit Rippen auf, in welcher ein Flügelrad (3) als Drehzahlstabilisator für die Seiltrommel (2) dreht. Zwischen dem Flügelrad (3) und der Seiltrommel (2) ist neben einem Getriebezug (40,82,74,79,7) ein Freilauf (4) angeordnet, der die Bremsvorrichtung (1,3) ein einem vorbestimmten Drehsinne der Seiltrommel (2) von dieser loskuppelt. Die Seiltrommel (2) kann über ein Handrad (17) in einem Drehsinn gedreht werden, um das abgewickelte Seil (30) aufzuwickeln. Bei entgegengesetztem Drehsinn wird das Handrad (17) durch einen Freilauf (64) von der Seiltrommel (2) abgekuppelt.
