The device of the invention comprises on the neck 1 a tamper-proof cover 4 whose head fits into a key inside the cap 11, allowing the breaking of the cover 4 by the rotation of the cap 8, characterised in that the base of the cover 4 is constituted by a flared skirt 42 whose end 23 is connected to the edge of the orifice 24 of the neck 1, the broken cover becoming a means of re-stopping the container in a partially fluid-tight manner.
