[origin: US4558191A] Series of conductors 3 and switch contact surfaces 2 are arranged on a base 1 of a button switch device. To permit additional functions aside from simple on-off switching operations to be exercised in one unit, circuit components 4, 5, 6 such as decoupling diodes, de-bouncing switch circuitry, microprocessors, display devices or the like are arranged on the base 1. These circuit components are in the form of film components and are connected to series of conductors on the base 1.

Bei einem Tastschalter ist ein Träger (1) mit darauf angeordneten Leiterzügen (3) und Schaltkontaktflächen (2) vorgesehen. Um hiermit neben einfachen Ein-Aus-Schaltvorgängen in einer Einheit auch Zusatzfunktionen ausüben zu können, sind auf dem Träger (1) Schaltelemente (4, 5 ,6) angeordnet, die Entkopplungsdioden, Entprellschaltungseinrichtungen, Mikroprozessoren, Anzeigeelemente od.dgl. enthalten. Diese Schaltelemente sind als Filmschaltelemente ausgebildet und mit Leiterzügen des Trägers (1) verbunden.
