A lock with sliding bolts, for bank safes in particular, having a bolt (2) displaceable by means of magnet keys (6, 7) and permanent magnet tumblers (10), controlled by one customer key (6) and one bank key (7) and additionally an additional locking member (20), optionally locking or releasing the bolt (2) engaging in a recess (19) of the bolt, the additional locking member being capable of being released from the engagement by the bank key (7) and the recess (19) in the bolt (2) being arranged for the engagement of the additional locking member, as well as provision being made for a disengagement device (14, 44, 50) actuable by the bank key (7), releasing the additional locking member from the engagement, characterised in that the disengagement device (14, 44, 50) has bearing surfaces (29) cooperating with bearing surfaces (28) of the associated bank key (7), the displacement of the disengagement device relative to the bolt being obtained when this key is fully inserted.
