[origin: EP0119663A2] The process consists in laying over spacers (1) a concrete bar (2) provided at its centre with a downward bend (3), in stressing said bend (3) with a temporary bar (5) welded horizontally to the concrete bar (2) above the bend (3), in casting the slab (6) and in cutting through the slab (6) and the temporary bar (5), so that the bend (3) assumes the zero position and the concrete dilates at the joint. <IMAGE>
