Abstract (en)

The aim of the invention is to place a diaphragm (50) between holding jaws (51 and 52) whose holding profile is such that it prevents any contraction of the diaphragm relative to its jaws following a substantial variation in temperature. The invention applies in particular to the construction of electromechanical transducers, microphone insets and accelerometers. <IMAGE>

L'invention se rapporte aux dispositifs d'encastrement d'un diaphragme piézoélectrique. L'invention a pour objet de placer un diaphragme (50) entre des mors d'encastrement (51 et 52) dont le profil d'encastrement est tel qu'il empêche tout retrait du diaphragme par rapport à ses mors à la suite d'une variation notable de la température. L'invention s'applique notamment à la réalisation de transducteurs électromécaniques, de capsules microphoniques et d'accéléromètres.
