Prefabricated construction element for erecting buildings, in particular one-family houses, according to the prefabricated construction principle in grid form. The construction element is a spatial structure formed from two opposite rectangular frames, rigid per se, and a plurality of connecting bars. By putting together a plurality of construction elements, buildings can be erected. The construction elements can be supplied to the building site either as a skeleton structure or as a ready-lined building block module. In this case, preferably wooden structures are involved, the rectangular frames, rigid per se, being erected in a glued wood method of construction. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein vorgefertigtes Bauelement zur Erstellung von Gebäuden, insbesondere Einfamilienhäusern, nach dem Fertigbauprinzip in Rasterbauweise beschrieben. Das Bauelement ist ein räumliches Gebilde, das aus zwei gegenüberliegenden, in sich steifen Rechteck-Rahmen und mehreren Verbindungsstäben gebildet wird. Durch Aneinandersetzen von mehreren Bauelementen lassen sich Gebäude erstellen. Die Bauelemente können entweder als Skelettkonstruktion oder bereits als fertig verkleidete Raumzelle zur Baustelle geliefert werden. Es handelt sich hierbei vorzugweise um Holzkonstruktionen, wobei die in sich steifen Rechteck-Rahmen in Holzleimbauweise erstellt sind.
