[origin: EP0120292A2] Prefabricated construction element for erecting buildings, in particular one-family houses, according to the prefabricated construction principle in grid form. The construction element is a spatial structure formed from two opposite rectangular frames, rigid per se, and a plurality of connecting bars. By putting together a plurality of construction elements, buildings can be erected. The construction elements can be supplied to the building site either as a skeleton structure or as a ready-lined building block module.
