1. Device for bending tubes, for example metallic brake lines, comprising a main frame (10) and bending units, which are in all planes adjustably secured thereto and associated to the respective tube bending places, each bending unit including a generally cylindrical bending head (42) and a bending roller (40) rotatably mounted to a crank arm rotatably driven about the bending head, characterized in that each bending unit is displaceable between a retracted rest position and a working position disposed within the bending plane (72) of the associated bending place and along an axis extending through the bending centre and perpendicular to said bending plane within a guide support (26) connected to the main frame (10), and in that the bending head (42) and a retaining member (52) juxtaposed thereto at a distance corresponding to about the diameter of the tube (70) to be bent, are fixedly connected to each other and formed to accommodate a tube section (76) situated ahead from the bending portion to be formed.

Biegevorrichtung für metallische Rohre mit einem in Anpassung an das Werkstück erweiterbaren Hauptrahmen, auf dem den jeweiligen Rohrbiegestellen zugeordnete Biegeeinheiten eingestellt werden. Jede Biegeeinheit enthält einen zylindrischen Biegekopf, einen demgegenüber stationären Biegehalter zum Festhalten des Werkstücks sowie einen um den Biegekopf drehbaren Kurbelarm mit einer Biegerolle. Die Biegeeinheit ist zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer vorderen Arbeitsstellung, in welcher die aus Biegekopf und Biegehalter gebildete Werkstückaufnahme die Biegeebene erreicht, senkrecht zur Biegeebene verschiebbar, um das Werkstück zwecks Verbiegung zu erfassen und solange festzuhalten, bis alle anderen Biegeeinheiten ebenfalls ihre Biegungen am Werkstück angebracht haben. Wenn alle Biegeeinheiten in die Ruhestellung zurückgekehrt sind, läßt sich das gebogene Werkstück leicht entnehmen bzw. wegfördern.
