1. Vane pump particularly for producing a vacuum for increasing the braking power in motor vehicles with Diesel-engines or fuel injection Otto-engines, comprising an internally positioned stator (4) and a rotatable housing (3) having recesses (8) inserted in its inner surface, in which recesses vanes (9) are pivotally mounted with one end, which vanes (9), when being in their retracted position, immerse in the recesses (8) outside of the cylindrical surface enveloping the inner surface, characterized by the fact that the vanes (9) are pivotally mounted in the recesses (8) in such a manner that the free pivoting end of the vanes (9) extends in the direction of rotation and is pivoted by the force of springs so as to come into close contact with the cylindrical stator (4).

In einer Flügelzellenpumpe mit einem innen liegenden Stator und einem dazu exzentrisch gelagerten, drehbaren Gehäuse, trägt das Gehäuse auf seinem kreiszylinderförmigen Innenmantel einseitig schwenkbar gelagerte Flügel (9) in Ausbuchtungen (8), welche Flugel (9) mit jeweils ihrem freien Ende (21) bei bestimmten niedrigen Drehzahlen durch die Kraft der Federn (10) zur Anlage an den zylinderförmigen Stator verschwenkt werden. Bei einer durch die gewählte Federkraft bestimmten hohen Drehzahl werden die Flügelenden (21) durch die Fliehkraft vom Stator abgehoben. Die Saugleistung wird vermindert. Die Flugel (9) können in Anhäntgigkeit von der Höhe der Federkraft und der Fliehkraft in den Ausbuchtungen (8) des Gehäuseinnenmantels zur Anlage kommen, so daß die Flügelzellenpumpe dann keine Saugleistung mehr hat.
