The gymnastic apparatus is for exercising the stomach muscles and its purpose is to develop the stomach muscles in a simple manner even in people indulging in little physical exercise. For this purpose, a chair-type apparatus is proposed, in which the seat part stands firmly on the ground, whereas the backrest is mounted so as to pivot on the seat part and it can be tilted backwards by the back counter to spring forces or weights. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gymnastikgerät für die Bauchmuskulatur und bezweckt auch bei sportlich nicht sehr geübten Menschen auf einfache Weise eine Entwicklung der Bauchmuskulatur zu erreichen. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu ein stuhlähnliches Gerät vorgeschlagen, bei dem der Sitzteil fest am Erdboden aufsteht, während die Rückenlehne schwenkbar am Sitzteil angebracht ist und gegen Federkräfte oder Gewichte durch den Rücken nach hinten abkippbar ist.
