Gebäudeverkleidung, insbesondere als Dachabdekkung oder Fassadenverkleidung, bei der eine erste Lage mit dem Gebäude verbindbarer, mit Abstand zueinander angeordneter Träger (4) und eine zweite Lage mit Abstand zueinander angeordneter Träger (5) vorgesehen ist, die im wesentlichen quer zu den Trägern (4) der ersten Lage ausgerichtet sind und mit denen die Aussenhaut (7) verbunden ist, und bei der die Träger (4) der ersten Lage mit den Trägern (5) der zweiten Lage an ihren jeweiligen Kreuzungspunkten (6) jeweils durch einen Schiebeverbinder (11) miteinander verbunden sind, der eine freie Dehnung der beiden sich kreuzenden Träger (4, 5) in ihrer Längsrichtung zulässt.
