Abstract (en)
The appts. comprises several memory units storing computer programs. Each unit is divided into three groups, one each for a different type of computer. A CPU has an 'insert cartridge' indication bit when a token is inserted into the appts. The CPU scans a prot for the presence of a blank cartridge with a format compatible with a particular computer type. A keyboard is provided to allow a user to select a particular item of software stored in the memory. The CPU then causes a controller to write that item onto the cartridge.
