[origin: EP0110124A1] A belt conveyor unit for bulk materials has two supporting frame works (1, 2) having a variable respective angular position; between said frameworks, a conveyor belt (5) common to both supporting frameworks circulates, during its conveying run (7), on a reverse drum (13). In the contact region with the latter it is covered with a covering belt (17) circulating therewith to avoid the spreading of the bulk material. The covering belt (17) circulates on two end drums (21, 22) arranged on the two supporting frameworks and, during its return run, on a deviation drum (31) held in fixed spatial position with respect to the two supporting frameworks (1, 2) by a system of rods (37) connected to the two supporting frameworks.

Une installation de transport à courroie pour marchandise en vrac possède deux charpentes de support (1, 2) de position angulaire respective variable; entre celles-ci, une courroie de transport (5) commune aux deux charpentes de support circule, pendant son parcours de transport (7), sur une poulie de renvoi (13); dans la zone de contact avec cette dernière, elle est recouverte d'une courroie de recouvrement (17) circulant avec elle pour éviter l'éparpillement du matériau en vrac. La courroie de recouvrement (17) circule sur deux tambours terminaux (21, 22) situés sur les deux charpentes de support et, lors de son parcours de retour, sur un tambour de déviation (31) maintenu en position spatiale fixe par rapport aux deux charpentes de support (1, 2) par un système de tiges (37) relié aux deux charpentes de support.
