Bei einem Hublager zum Übertragen und Anheben schwerer Lasten, z.B. im Brückenbau, wird zur Bildung eines allseitig umschlossenen Flüssigkeitsraumes (7) zwischen Topfboden (2) und Elastomere-Platte (4) und/oder zwischen Deckel (1) und Elastomere-Platte (4) eine Membranplatte (6) bzw. (8) aus zugfestem Material angeordnet, die längs ihres Umfanges unverschieblich und dicht mit dem Topfboden (2) und/oder dem Deckel (1) verbungen ist.
