Eine insbesondere für Proportionaldurchflußzähler geeignete elektrische Steckverbindung mit üblichem Steckereinsatz B und Doseneinsatz A hat neben den für die elektrische Versorgung notwendigen Kontakten innerhalb der Einsätze A und B zwei zusätzliche Gasdurchführungen 5, die zwei Gaskupplungen für die Zu- und Abführung von Gas durch die Steckverbindung hindurch bilden. Für den Einsatz beim Proportionaldurchflußzähler ist vorzugsweise die eine der Gasdurchführungen verlängert und reicht praktisch bis zum Zählrohrende. Zweckmäßigerweise wird die elektrische Steckverbindung durch ein Kabel mit zwei dem Kabelmantel integrierten gasschläuchen ergänzt.
