[origin: US4759267A] An energetic fluid product containing finely divided solid combustible matter suspended in at least one liquid phase and capable of being made to circulate in a line for supplying a treatment chamber, and a device for the preparation and a particular application of this product. The solid particles (13) are dispersed homogeneously within a stable foam produced by mixing a gas phase with the liquid phase to which stabilizing and emulsifying products have been added, and the liquid phase consists solely of fine film (12) connecting the solid particles (13) together and confining gas bubbles (11) which occupy the spaces between the solid particles (13). The invention applies in particular to the supply of combustible matter to a combustion chamber or to a reactor for coal gasification.
