Abstract (en)
The packing method of the present invention uses a pocket (1) consisting of a flexible sheet folded and fixed over its periphery provided with an open neck (2); it is characterised in that the said pocket (1) is pre-formed to give a parallelepipedal form while ensuring it has a certain consistency, depending on the said volume, then the pre-formed pocket is filled and the neck is sealed. The pre-forming is then ensured with the aid of a forming die which ensures the positioning of stiffening elements (3 and 7) onto the periphery of the pocket (1). The invention will be especially applicable for the packing of solid bulk materials or liquid materials. <IMAGE>

L'invention est relative à un procédé de conditionnement parallélépipédique ainsi que le conditionnement obtenu selon ce procédé. Le procédé de conditionnement de la présente invention utilise une poche (1) constituée d'une feuille souple repliée et fixée sur sa périphérie munie d'un col (2) ouvert, il est caractérisé en ce que l'on pré-forme la dite poche (1) selon une forme parallélépipédique en lui assurant une certaine consistance selon le dit volume, puis on remplit la poche pré-formée et on scelle le col. Le pré-formage est ensuite assuré à l'aide d'un conformateur qui assure la mise en place d'éléments de rigidification (3 et 7) sur la périphérie de la poche (1). L'invention trouvera tout particulièrement son application pour le conditionnement de matériaux solides en vrac ou de liquides.
