Abstract (en)
In this process, a resin casting (7) is produced which resembles in its appearance a vitreous enamel picture, specifically with the aid of a film or foil as casting mould. A layer of transparent resin is applied to at least one plastic film or metal foil provided with a colour coating (3, 4) and allowed to cure with the colour coating whilst becoming bonded to the latter; then the film or foil is removed from the resin casting (7). When the film or foil has been removed from the resin casting (7), the latter can be provided on its visible underside with a light-reflecting foil (9) and, furthermore, a further support layer (10), e.g. made of resin, can be arranged in an integrated manner below the casting (7) or the light-reflecting foil (9). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei diesem Verfahren wird ein Gießharzkörper (7) hergestellt, der in seinem Aussehen einem Schmelzemailbild gleicht, und zwar mit Hilfe einer Folie als Gießform. Auf mindestens eine mit einem Farbauftrag (3, 4) versehene Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie wird eine Schicht aus transparentem Gießharz aufgetragen und unter Verbindung desselben mit dem Farbauftrag erhärten gelassen; dann wird die Folie vom Gießharzformkörper (7) abgezogen Nach dem Abziehen der Folie vom Gießharzkörper (7) kann dieser an seiner Sichtunterseite mit einer lichtreflektierenden Folie (9) versehen werden, und weiterhin kann unter dem Formkörper (7) bzw. der lichtreflektierenden Folie (9) eine weitere Tragschicht (10), z.B. aus Gießharz, integrierend angeordnet werden.
