1. Domestic gas oven comprising an oven compartment (1) one wall (3) of which has an orifice (4) for venting of combustion gases opening into a chimney (6) which is connected to a fresh-air intake, characterised in that, on the one hand, it comprises a first device (7) which, when in a first operative state, fully opens the orifice to the chimney and, when in a second operative state, partially closes the orifice (4) and at the same time opens the fresh-air intake into the chimney (6) and, on the other hand, in conjunction with a temperature sensor it comprises a second device (9, 10, 11) which automatically effects the change of the operative condition of the first device (7) when the temperature in the oven compartment (1) has reached a predetermined value.

Ce four comporte une enceinte de cuisson dont une paroi (3) présente un orifice (4) pour l'échappement des fumées, ledit orifice débouchant dans une cheminée (6) d'évacuation reliée à une arrivée d'air frais. Il comprend d'une part un premier moyen (7) permettant de diminuer la section dudit orifice et d'assurer simultanément une circulation d'air frais dans la cheminée (6) et d'autre part un second moyen (9, 10, 11) assurant automatiquement la mise en oeuvre dudit premier moyen (7) lorsque la température atteint une valeur prédéterminée dans l'enceinte.
