Indicator panel comprising a cover plate (1) and a base plate (2), between which one or more distance elements (6) connected to at least one of the latter are provided, circular discs (3), which are rotatable about their centre (4) and movable forwards or movable backwards in their rotary position at the edge of the cover plate (1) by finger actuation, being arranged between the cover plate (1) and the base plate (2), and openings (7) being provided in the cover plate (1) over the discs (3), through which information items provided on the discs (3) are visible, characterized in that the indicator panel is conformed as an apparatus for the simulation of actions and reactions which are caused by variations or interventions in a real networked system comprising a plurality of mutually coupled areas, for which purpose the openings constructed as windows (7) are connected by permanent or variable bands which determine the sequence of the step by step variation of the rotary positions of the discs (3) to edge recesses (8, 9) associated with other discs (3), which are arranged for the rotation of the discs (3) in the edges of the cover plate (1) and of the base plate (2) so that the circular discs (3) are visible at the location of the edge recesses (8, 9) and are rotatable by finger movement, the edge recesses (8, 9) and the disc recesses (5) constructed in the outer circular periphery of the discs (3) being conformed so that the circular discs (3) are moved forwards or moved backwards step by step from disc recess (5) to disc recess (5) by the finger movement.
