A bending machine for manufacturing sized angular reinforcing rods from reinforcing wire (7), with a bending unit (1) comprising a working surface (A) to which the feed path of the reinforcing wire (7) extends parallel, a core (4) which is vertically displaceable to the working surface (A) and has two bending heads (6) limiting a groove, and a bending tool displaceable parallel to the core (4) and disposed eccentrically at an annular body (5) optionally rotatable in both directions about the core (4), and comprising a cutting device (10, 26) disposed directly ahead of the bending unit (1) and provided with a stationary (10) and a movable cutting edge (26) displaceable vertically to the moving wire (7), characterized in that the annular body (5) is arranged in the bending unit (1) in an axially undisplaceable and turnable manner, and that two independent parallel displaceable bending bolts (8) forming the bending tool are arranged in the annular body (5), an individual displacing device arranged at the annular body (5) being associated with each bending bolt (8).
