1. Process for evaporation drying of a colloidal organic solid-liquid mixture with at least two drying steps, where in the first drying step by boiling the liquid an overpressure of the solid-steam mixture is produced and the solid-steam mixture is expanded afterwards, characterized in that the mixture is transferred from the first drying step to the second drying step under the maintained boiling pressure, the steam volume being mainly separated from the solid material and expanded.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Verdampfungstrocknung eines kolloidalen organischen Feststoff-Wasser-Gemisches mit mindestens zwei Trocknungsschritten, wobei im ersten Trocknungsschritt das Trockengut-Dampf-Gemisch durch Sieden des Trockengutes auf einen Überdruck gebracht und anschließend entspannt wird, wird die abschließende Entspannung des Trockengut-Dampf-Gemisches dadurch erleichtert, daß das Trockengut unter Beibehaltung des Siededruckes vom ersten Trocknungsschritt zum zweiten Trocknungsschritt transportiert wird, wobei das Dampfvolumen weitgehend von dem Trockengut getrennt und entspannt wird. Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens weist am oberen Ende der ersten Trocknungsstufe (2, 4) ein Druckhalteventil (8, 9) auf.
