Abstract (en)
The device serves to blast large workpieces located within a working area. It has at least one blast nozzle (4) connected by a blasting-medium hose to a blasting-medium source. To facilitate the manipulation of the blast nozzle (4), provision is made for each nozzle (4) to be mounted by means of a universal joint (27) on an operator's cab (1) with a lockable access opening and to be pivotable on all sides by an actuating element (5) arranged in the cab (1), for the effective area of the nozzle to be observable through a window (2), and for the cab (1) to be mounted so as to be horizontally and vertically displaceable in at least part of the working area. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung dient dem Strahlen von innerhalb eines Arbeitsbereiches befindlicher, großer Werkstücke. Sie weist mindestens eine durch einen Strahlmittelschlauch mit einer Strahlmittelquelle verbundene Strahldüse (4) auf. Zur Erleichterung der Handhabung der Strahldüse (4) ist vorgesehen, dass jede Düse (4) mittels eines Universalgelenkes (27) an einer Personenkabine (1) mit verschließbarer Einstiegsöffnung gelagert und durch ein in der Kabine (1) angeordnetes Betätigungselement (5) allseits schwenkbar und der Wirkbereich der Düse durch eine Fensteröffnung (2) beobachtbar ist und daß die Kabine (1) in mindestens einem Teil des Arbeitsbereiches horizontal und vertikal verschiebbar gelagert ist.
