A packing comprising a box of cardboard or other material fixed in a foldable manner on a pallet, characterised in that said box is of the semi-American type whose four flaps (a1, b1, c1, d1) forming the bottom and attached to the lateral sides by an articulation line, have two fold lines (4, 9) parallel to said articulation line, and two opposed lateral sides (B, D) and their flaps comprise a median fold line (6) parallel to the articulation line connecting the lateral sides to each other, so as to permit placing the semi-box in a flat position on the pallet (1).
