1. Safety belt for the personal protection in the road traffic after dark, consisting of a case (2) which contains a pivoted spool (9) for the taking up of a strip (5) consisting of light reflective material or which is covered with a light reflective layer, whereby the case contains a spring (14) connected with the spool (9) which is tightened by peeling of the strip (5), characterized in that the spool (9) contains a slot (10) passing through the spool element in longitudinal direction and forming a selector shaft guide for the strip (5), that both ends of the strip are extensible from opposite outlets (6a, 6b) of the case (2) and that the ends of the strip are provided with the parts (7a, 7b), assigned to each other, other, of a fastener buckle, which are formed in such manner, that an absorption of the strip in the case will be stopped.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sicherheitsgürtel für den nächtlichen Personenverkehr im Straßenverkehr. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß ein Gehäusekörper eine drehbar gelagerte Spule für die Aufnahme eines Bandes aus Licht reflektierendem Material enthält. Der Gehäusekörper enthält ferner eine Feder, die sich beim Abrollen des Bandes spannt.
