1. Control device for a hydraulic system with a multi-way valve (14) to the consumer connections of which fluid couplings (18, 19) are connected, via which a pressure medium can be passed to single-acting or double acting consumers (21), characterized in that to one of the consumer connections (e) is connected a change-over valve (23), which can be switched by a means (31) operated by the coupling state of a fluid coupling (18) from a through-flow position (I) connecting the consumer connection (e) concerned to a return connection (24) against a spring force (29) into a blocking position (II), in that a second multi-way valve (27) is connected into a neutral bypass line (12, 26) of the hydraulic system in series with the multi-way valve (14), and in that the return connection (24) is connected via a non-return valve (25) to the neutral bypass line (12, 26) between the two multi-way valves (14, 27).
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine Steuereinrichtung für eine Hydraulikanlage vorgeschlagen, bei der ein und dasselbe Wegeventil (14) für einen einfach- und doppeltwirkenden Verbraucher verwendbar ist. Hierbei wird ein Umschaltventil (23) an einen der Verbraucheranschlüsse des Wegeventils (14) angeschlossen. Die Stellung des Umschaltventils (23) wird über eine mechanische Einrichtung (31) zu einer der beiden Fluidkupplungen (18) in Abhängigkeit von deren Ankupplungszustand bestimmt. Bei abgekuppelter Fluidkupplung (18) befindet sich das Umschaltventil (23) in Durchflußstellung. Sonst wird das Umschaltventil (23) entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (29) in Sperrstellung bewegt. Es ist eine schnelle und direkte Umschaltung des Wegeventils (14) für einfach- oder doppeltwirkende Verbraucher möglich, was auch geringere Energieverluste und keine Überbeanspruchung der hydraulischen Anlage ermöglicht.
