In a device for collecting dust or noxious fumes from working and assembly halls, motor vehicle workshops and the like, a tubular extraction channel (1) is provided over the place of use, is connected to an extractor (4) and has a continuous extraction slot closed by sealing lips and longitudinally aligned running rails (8) for a hose carriage (9). A hose drum (17) for winding up an extraction hose (18) is rotatably mounted on the hose carriage (9). The connection end (118) of the extraction hose (18) which is fastened to the hose drum (17) is connected via the hollow shaft (19) of the hose drum (17) to an extraction connection piece (11) which leads between the sealing lips, through the extraction slot and into the extraction channel (1). <IMAGE>

In einer Anlage zum Absaugen von staub-, dampfoder gasförmigen Schadstoffen aus Arbeits- und Montage-hallen, Kraftfahrzeug-Werkstätten u.dgl. ist über dem Gebrauchsort ein rohrförmiger, mit einem Sauggebläse (4) verbundener Absaugkanal (1) vorgesehen, der einen durch-gehenden durch Dichtlippen geschlossenen Saugschlitz und längsgerichtete Laufschienen (8) für einen Schlauchwagen (9) aufweist. Auf dem Schlauchwagen (9) ist eine Schlauchtrommel (17) zum Aufwickeln eines Saugslauchs (18) drehbar gelagert. Das an der Saugtrommel (17) befestigte Anschlussende (118) des Saugschlauchs (18) ist über die hohle Welle (19) der Schlauchtrommel (17) mit einem Saugstutzen (11) verbunden, der zwischen die Dichtlippen und durch den Saugschlitz hindurch in den Absaugkanal (1) mündet.
