1. A control device, in particular for a latch (1), comprising a locking lever (7) biased to the locking position by a spring (8, 9, 10) and an actuating cable (15) so adapted that a pull exerted thereon in opposition to the action of a second spring (23; 28) tends to shift the lever (7) away its locking position, characterised in that the cable (15) extends through an orifice (21) provided in an end portion of the lever (7) and is provided with an end member (22; 22a; 29) applied against said end portion, the second spring (23; 28) being interposed between a fixed element (24; 26) and an end member (22; 27; 30) of the cable located relative to said lever (7) on the opposite side to a support tab (19) for a sheath (16) in which the cable (15) slides.

L'invention concerne les dispositifs de commande à câble qui équipent notamment les véhicules automobiles, pour commander à distance l'ouverture d'une serrure de coffre. Suivant l'invention, le rappel du levier (7) de verrouillage du pène (4) et celui du câble d'actionnement (15) sont réalisés par deux ressorts distincts 8 et 23, respectivement, dont le second peut être sensiblement plus puissant. Le ressort 8 étant relativement faible, la commande de la serrure par un deuxième organe, poussoir 13 ou barillet 14, demeure particulièrement aisée.
