[origin: ES8504053A1] Device for detecting the presence or the absence of an article in the recesses of the feeding disc of a wrapping machine for candies, comprising a nozzle emitting an air jet directed against the portion of said disc carrying the recesses. Opposite to the nozzle emitting the air jet, there is provided a target member which is operatively connected, through a mechanical connection or equivalent means, to an electrical sensor located in a protective housing. If a recess which cyclically moves across the air jet contains an article, the latter intercepts the air jet so that the target member and sensor will be left at rest. If a recess does not contain an article, the air jet will impinge against and cause the displacement of the target so as to change the status of the sensor.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Überwachungsvorrichtung in Verpackungsmaschinen, insbesondere in Einwickelmaschinen für Bonbons, mit einer Fühleranordnung, die auf das Vorhandensein oder Fehlen der Packstücke (P) in durchgehenden, als Aufnahmetaschen (A) für je ein Packstück (P) dienenden Ausschnitten einer Fördervorrichtung (D) anspricht. Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, die Instandhaltungsarbeiten und die damit verbundenen Stillstandszeiten herabzusetzen und die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit der Verpackungs- bzw. Einwickelmaschine zu erhöhen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Überwachungseinrichtung unempfindlich gegen Verschmutzung und Staubanfall zu machen und Rückstellverzögerungen der Fühleranordnung zu vermeiden. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß auf einer Seite der Fördervorrichtung (D) im Bereich der Bewegungsbahn der Aufnahmetaschen (A) eine Blasluftdüse (2) angeordnet ist, die gegen einen auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Fördervorrichtung (D) beweglich gelagerten, mit einem Sensor (12, 17, 107) wirkverbundenen Aufprallkörper (23, 103) gerichtet ist.
