Abstract (en)
It is proposed in order to save material in the manufacture of aluminium aerosol cans to reduce the wall thickness in the entire shell region (2) to the smallest possible dimension taking into account the respective test pressure, the can diameter and the material flexibility and to reinforce the rolled edge (30) in compensation. This can be done, for example, by the wound up end of the rolled edge (3) being formed as an annular disc (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur Materialeinsparung bei der Herstellung von Aluminium-Aerosoldosen wird vorgeschlagen, die Wanddicke im gesamten Mantelbereich (2) auf das unter Berücksichtigung des jeweiligen Prüfüberdrucks, des Dosendurchmessers und der Materialfertigkeit kleinstmögliche Maß zu reduzieren und den Rollrand (30) zum Ausgleich hierfür besonders zu versteifen. Das kann u.a. dadurch geschehen, daß das eingewickelte Ende des Rollrandes (3) als ringförmige Scheibe (7) ausgebildet ist.
