Abstract (en)
For finding and removing a thread end (2') from the surface of a spinning cop (1) in the event of thread breakage and when a new thread (2) is supplied, a suction nozzle (3) having a lip-shaped mouthpiece (8) forming a gap is provided in the vicinity of the cop surface. For the purpose of increasing the airflow behind the gap-shaped mouthpiece (8), openings (13, 13') are made in the lips (10 & 11) for the intake of air from the surrounding area. <IMAGE>

Zum Aufsuchen und Abziehen eines Fadenendes (2') von der Oberflache einer Textilspule (1) bei Fadenbruch und beim Ansetzen eines neuen fadens (2) ist eine Saugdüse (3) mit einer einen Spalt bildenden lippenförmigen Mündung (8) nahe der Spulenoberfläche angeordnet. Zwecks Erhöhung der strömenden Luftmenge hinter der spalförmigen Mündung (8) sind an den Lippen (10 & 11) Oeffnungen (13, 13') zum Ansaugen von Luft aus der Umgebung angebracht.
