Es wird ein vorgefertigtes Wandelement aus Holz zur Erstellung von Gebäuden beschrieben. Das Wandelement vereinfacht die Herstellung von Holzskeletthäusern, da auf der Baustelle weniger Montagearbeiten anfallen. Es ist geschoßhoch ausgebildet und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite bzw. Länge eines Geschosses. In das Wandelement sind die tragenden Teile, wie Stützen, Schwellen, Träger, und die Wandverkleidungen integriert.
