Pressure switches are described having two contact elements which are arranged electrically isolated from one another and are provided with terminals, and which pressure switches are further provided with a sprung, electrically conductive bridge element, which is housed electrically insulated from one or both of the contact elements and which can be connected thereto by being pressed against it or them, in which the bridge element consists of an electrically conductive pyrrole polymer.
