[origin: ES288261U] An improved packing more particularly for foodstuffs of the type composed of a receptacle sealingly closed by a removable lid and comprising therein a perforated separation wall in form of a grid disposed substantially in parallel to the bottom of said receptacle thereby to provide a two-section separation of the latter such that the upper compartment is reserved for lodging the foodstuff to be preserved, with the lower compartment being adapted to receive an absorbent material intended for absorbing the exsudate from said foodstuff, wherein there is provided on, or in, said absorbent material such material capable, under the effect of water from the exsudate, of releasing an inert gas in such quantity as to compensate for the loss of pressure within the receptacle on the one hand, and on the other hand, capable of creating such an atmosphere as to prevent formation of secondary noxious products, and compensating for the loss of some of the constitutive components of the foodstuff carried away with the exsudate.

Emballage perfectionné destiné plus particulièrement aux denrées alimentaires du type composé d'une barquette (1) obturée hermétiquement par un opercule (4) amovible et comportant en son sein une paroi de séparation (2) ajourée formant grille disposée sensiblement parallèle au fond de ladite barquette (1) assurant ainsi une séparation bipartite de cette dernière de manière que le compartiment supérieur soit réservé au logement de la denrée alimentaire à conserver, le compartiment inférieur étant destiné à la réception d'une matière absorbante (3) ayant pour but d'absorber l'exsudat de ladite denrée alimentaire, emballage caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu sur ou dans ladite matière absorbante (3), un matériau susceptible, sous l'effet de l'eau de l'exsudat, de dégager un gaz inerte en une quantité capable de compenser la perte de pression à l'intérieur de la barquette d'une part et, d'autre part, capable de créer une atmosphère de nature à empêcher la formation de produits secondaires nocifs et à compenser la perte par entraînement par l'exsudat de certains des composants constitutifs des denrées alimentaires.
