[origin: US4604071A] The present invention concerns a process and a device for aligning and centering an assembly of electron-guns on a color television tube during the manufacturing process. To do this, the image of the markings of the assembly of electron-guns is formed on analyzers, each comprising a charge-coupled photosensitive strip. The alignment is observed when the comparison signal is lower than a predetermined value. Instead of markings, the image of the sections of the assembly of guns can be used as the section comprising the grid G4 in the cup.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour aligner et centrer un ensemble de cannons à électrons sur un tube de télévision en couleurs. On forme pour cela l'image de repères (25a, 25b) de l'ensemble de canons à électrons sur des analyseurs (12, 13) comportant chacun une barrette photosensible à transfert de charge (21, 22). L'alignement est constaté quand le signal de comparaison est inférieur à une valeur prédéterminée. A la place des repères (25a, 25b) on peut aussi utiliser l'image de sections de l'ensemble de canons comme la section comportant la grille G4 en coupelle. Application à la fabrication de tubes de télévision en couleurs.
