Abstract (en)

This invention provides a vehicle monitoring system 10 capable of printing out any data recorded by the monitoring system 10 during a journey. In order to make it possible to produce a compact and effective system, the monitoring system of the invention has a plurality of on-board sensors 12 for measuring various vehicle-operating parameters and an on-board central processing unit (CPU) 14 to which the sensors 12 are operatively connected. An on-board printer 16 is connected to the CPU 14 for printing out data in response to signals processed by the CPU 14.
