[origin: WO8402645A1] Burring equipment for hand or bent pieces for dental surgery. The device comprises an adaptor (2), for mounting on most of those pieces, provided with an extension arm (3) of which the free end has a burring head (13) of which the outer diameter is at the most 4,5 mm and the depth at the most 3 mm and which incorporates a burr holder (15) provided with a toothing (5) and with an axial threading (10) for screwing a miniature burr (12). The toothing (5) is driven by the toothed crown (7) of a shaft (4) which extends inside the extension arm (3); the other end thereof is coupled with the conventional hand pieces. The arrangement according to the invention is applicable to hand pieces for dental surgery.

Equipement de fraisage pour pièces à main, ou coudées, de chirurgie dentaire. Le dispositif comporte une douille d'adaptation (2), pour montage sur la plupart de ces pièces, munie d'un bras-ralonge (3) dont l'extrémité libre présente une tête de fraisage (13) dont le diamètre extérieur est, au plus, de 4,5 mm et la profondeur, au plus, 3 mm et qui contient un porte-fraise (15) pourvu d'une denture (5) et d'un filetage axial (10) pour le vissage d'une fraise miniature (12). La denture (5) est entraînée par la couronne dentée (7) d'un arbre (4) qui s'étend à l'intérieur du bras-rallonge (3); son autre extrémité s'accouple avec les pièces à main conventionnelles. L'équipement selon l'invention est applicable aux pièces à main de chirurgie dentaire.
