1. A racket, in particular a tennis racket, having a handle sleeve (3) which is able to shift longitudinally along the shank (1) of the racket and to be fixed in any position, a marking being provided for at least one position, characterized in that the longitudinal shifting and the fixing of the handle sleeve (3) is effected by means of a setting-screw (4) effective between the handle sleeve (3) and the shank (1) of the racket and that the marking extends over at least the range of adjustment (11) of the front and edge (12) of the handle sleeve (3) and is applied to the shank (1) of the racket as an impression (13) and/or imprint.

Ein Ballschläger, insbesondere Tennisschläger, soll so ausgebildet werden, dass er normale Baugrösse besitzt und trotzdem dem Spieler die Möglichkeit bietet, diesen seinem Können und seiner Schlagarmausbildung bezüglich der Grifflänge gezielt anzupassen. Hierzu ist die Griffhülse auf dem die Besaitung tragenden Rahmen anschliessenden Schaft (1) längsverschiebbar angeordnet. Die Position der Griffhülse (3) ist hierbei über eine Einstellschraube (4) einstellbar. Auf wenigstens einer Seite des Schaftes (1) ist eine sich zumindest über den Verstellbereich (11) der inneren Endkante (12) der Griffhülse (3) erstreckende Einprägung (13) und/oder ein Aufdruck angebracht.
