1. Extraction cage for continuous casting particularly of billets comprising two rollers with parallel axes, disposed one above the other, between which said billet passes and the bearings (2) of which are made integral with the frame whereas those of the other (3) are carried by an arm (4) pivoting on said frame, which rollers are each driven by a motor situated above the billet, the motor (12) of roller (3) being carried by said arm (4), characterized in that the axis of the motor (12) carried by the arm (4) is disposed parallel to the axes of the rollers (2, 3) and the axis of the motor (11).

Cage d'extraction pour coulée continue notamment de billettes comportant, dans sa forme la plus simple, deux galets parallèles entraînés chacun par un moteur, caractérisée en ce que les deux moteurs sont situés au-dessus de la billette entraînée par les galets et en ce qu'elle comporte un galet (2) dont les paliers sont rendus solidaires du bâti (1) et un galet (3) dont les paliers sont portés par un bras (4) pivotant en (5) sur ledit bâti et en ce que le moteur (11) du galet (2) est porté par celui-ci tandis que celui (12) du galet (3) est porté par ledit bras pivotant (4).
